All products purchased from Lewis Creative are digitally delivered to you as a link via email, and if you created an account, they can be found in the the “Downloads” section of your account immediately after you complete your order. Since we don’t offer physical products to be delivered by mail, all the resources can be found within your account, and require no physical shipping.

If one of your purchases is not appearing in the “Downloads” section of your account, this usually means that you placed your order under a different account. It’s not uncommon for shoppers to accidentally create a second account! If you think that might be the case, we recommend trying to log in with any other email address that you may have used to create an account.
